Hello Everyone, Welcome to my personal Artcom Page & let me introduce myself. My name is Christos Vekris and I was born in Athens, Greece where i grew up. My first steps in music started when I was 15 years old when i took drum lessons on the “Sychrono” Conservatory of Athens for about 2 years. At the same I attended drum lessons on the Modern Music School of Athens (instructor Mr.Panos Tsimisiris, a well known Greek Drummer). When i graduated from High School and while i continued my drum studies, i attended courses on Music Technology in AKMI IVT, containing subjects like Pro Tools, Sequencing, Logic Pro, Music Theory, Mixing, to name a few. For the years 2007-2012 i have performed as a session drummer for Classic & Alternative Rock Bands like “X.AR.M.A” & “Dim Major”. In the meanwhile, i worked as a stage sound engineer around Greece for “Foodmusic” Band along with FT Bletsas, TV Show Host and Performer. Also from March 2010 until November 2011 i had the opportunity to work with one of the greatest studio owners & very talented artists. Finally I just finish my BA(Hons) studies on Music Production & Engineering on the University of Wales and I have finished my brand new home studio, ready to meet all my expectations.
