λέει... Vicky Markolefa is an awarded photographer, video and documentary producer and marketing communication expert. She studied Business Administration and Marketing Management and she has completed several courses in communication, media, photography, storytelling and multimedia production. Vicky’s international experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors features assignments and collaborations with institutions, organizations, foundations, companies and media, in management and communication advisory roles and for innovative visual storytelling projects. She has designed and completed media programs in several countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Central America. Vicky has been working in key fields of Marketing and Communication management for almost twenty years, in partnership with NGOs and international institutions among them: Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), WWF, European Commission ECHO, ActionAid, Mercy Corps, Relief International, Premiere Urgence Internationale. She has a high level of media literacy covering strategy development, planning, M&E, ATL/BTL communication (press, digital, social media, public relations, events, print) and multimedia. Her portfolio features awards and recognitions such as Super Brands, Corporate Affairs Excellence Awards and Brand of the Year. Vicky has been working on documentary storytelling projects for over ten years, in Ghana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Vietnam, South Africa, Guatemala, Turkey, Jordan, Greece and other countries worldwide. Her body of work focuses on humanistic, social and environmental conservation topics in a story-driven approach. She has taken part in numerous international festivals, exhibitions, and publications and she has received recognitions and awards for many of her projects.  She writes stories, reportages, blogs and opinion articles for media and organizations and since 2016, she is a member of Mind the Bump, the award-winning team of visual storytellers. ----
